What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Person position at Aime Management?
Aime Management is looking for maintenance staff that can assist with upkeep and repairs at our assisted living facilites. Attention to detail and common sense judgement is needed. We want honest people with integrity. Must have valid drivers license and transportation to go between company facilities. Clean appearance and clean background is a must. Must be able to lift/move 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to painting, texture, sheetrock and drywall.
- Ability to perform rock, edging and dig holes. Skid operator is a plus.
- Change light bulbs, ballasts and problem solve some electrical.
- Unplugging, replacing and repairing of toilets.
- HVAC- changing filters and minor repairs/cleaning
- Moving furniture. beds, mattresses, box springs, recliners and dressers.
- Assisting with fire drills and checking fire extinguishers.
- Replacing and repairing shower heads, toilet roll holders and towel bars.
- Replacing tile and floor boards is a plus.
- Ability to work on or replace washers and dryers is a plus.
