What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk position at AimHire?
An innovative office equipment designer and manufacturer is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join their team! The office is located in Littleton, CO. This position is responsible for processing all accounts payable and managing the company’s credit card accounts. The ideal candidate will have previous accounting experience using the Epicor system.
Responsibilities:
· Process weekly accounts payable (A/P), including the scanning of all backup
· Process all credit card activity
· Generate, track, and record Purchase Orders
· Process weekly client billing, including all supporting documentation such as timesheets, expense detail, and spreadsheets (A/R)
· Provides special requests and ad-hoc projects as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2 years’ experience processing accounts payable preferred
- Previous experience using Epicor preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills a must
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-starter and ready to jump in with little training
- High level of proficiency with Excel
