Job Posting for Surgical Coordinator at Aina Haina Eye Center
Well-established Ophthalmology medical eye clinic in East Oahu looking for a new team member. Seeking a surgical scheduler/coordinator for general ophthalmology and oculoplastics. Responsibilities include scheduling patients for surgery, going over pre-op and post-op instructions, obtaining prior authorizations and medical clearance for patients, and performing diagnostic testing.
Traits of new staff must include great customer service, ability to multi-task, communicate well, organizational skills, ability to follow-through, and be a team player.
Clinic located within a community setting and provides the area with exceptional eye care. We strive to be the best! Location is easy with free parking and located next to great eateries.
Staff member becomes part of the “Ohana.” Job will be fast-paced and rewarding. Prior experience in medical field is a plus but willing to train the right person.
