What are the responsibilities and job description for the PAC Administrator position at AIPAC?
Summary: Provide overall administrative support to the PAC, PAC Director, and PAC Manager. The PAC Administrator will report to the PAC Director.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administration needs associated with the PAC
- Create and organize PAC record keeping
- Field administrative requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Schedule internal and external PAC meetings
- Help to develop and distribute materials as needed to internal and external stakeholders
- Create PAC presentation materials
- Troubleshoot system issues as needed
- Organize travel for PAC Director
- Assist in all aspects of PAC-related efforts as needed
- Provide general administrative support
Qualifications/Skills:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are a must
- Comfort with and knowledge of databases and software systems a must
- Expertise in Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe, and other related presentation tools
- Campaign experience desired
- A strong commitment to the US-Israel relationship
