Oversees and conducts 100% physical inventories for all Force Support NAF Activities. Assess and verify/reconcile to the property record: Property Asset number, Description, Manufacturer, Model Number, Serial Number, Vehicle Identification number, Location, Use Status, Condition, Asset Tagability Maintain inventory and property account records; initiates, prepares and submits addition, adjustment and transfer forms to the appropriate offices in order to obtain/maintain accurate property listing. Coordinate and assist with NAF Sales, disposals, recycling and transfers. Accurately and timely provides input and corrections to the Master Fixed Asset: A list of all the property owned by the 2 NAFI's, Lodging and MWR. The clerk will verify that everything is accounted for by reconciling what they physically see vs. what the list states. Reconciliation (1) removing items from the list using a transfer or disposal form, (2) adding items to the list using an addition form or (3) changing what is on the list using a change form. Prepares reports as required. Performs other related assigned.
