In the HVAC business for 28 years, Air Experts services Ocean & Monmouth County.
We are looking for a reliable dispatcher able to communicate with technicians and customers to keep operations flowing smoothly. The role is 100% in-office, not remote.
We offer generous incentives to our dispatch team to distribute our calls to the correct technician and follow procedure and guidelines that we will train you on.

Role would require;
40hour work week in office, 5 days per week with opportunity for overtime.
Our dispatch team works normal business hours. Hours may be extended to 6 or 7PM during the peak season; May-Aug.
Saturdays are required and we may open Sunday up as business volume increases in the summer. Any hours worked over 40 Hours are paid as time and a half.
Compensation: $18-25/hour PLUS OT & WEEKLY INCENTIVES that will bring the hourly rate north of the base rate!!! $25/Hour would be reserved for qualified candidates with relevant dispatch experience.
