Pay: $75-90k base pay with commissioned bonuses on projects completed on time and on budget

Position Summary: This individual is responsible for commercial and industrial projects; including plans, coordinating, executing, maintaining, and managing an effective field construction by utilizing the necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, subcontractors and other resources to effectively perform the scope of work within an allotted budget and time schedule.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in commercial and industrial HVAC project and/or site management
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must pass pre-employment drug check
• Provide Own hand tools (all major and specialty tools supplied)
• EPA license universal
• Capability to lead and mentor a team
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and blueprints.
• Fluent with all Microsoft platforms for communication
• Able to use service titan dispatch software or have used another web based dispatch software
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs regularly
• Frequent use of lifts, ladders, and power tools
• Ability to report directly to ownership about job site and projects at hand
• Advanced customer service skills
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8 years in commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration service, installation and maintenance
• OSHA training
• Chiller and boiler experience
