What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coach position at Air Ninja Gym?

Our mission at Air Ninja is to provide a safe environment for kids to gain confidence, grow strength, establish discipline, and learn how to navigate tough obstacles, all while having fun. Our ninja equipment has been developed by experts using top of the line materials and state of the art designs to produce reliable obstacles and course structure. Our ninja course inflatables allow kids to practice ninja skills with a fun twist. The detailed 6-level ninja training curriculum was developed by professionals with a variety of Ninja, Parkour and calisthenics to push students to their max.
Part time and full time hours include:
Monday – Friday
3:30 – 7:30 pm
Saturday:
12:30-7:30 (sometimes longer as needed)
Sunday:
12:30 – 5:30
The role as one of the coaches is to help execute planned classes, planned by the head coach, that are crucial to the success of the coaching staff and overall performance of the team. The assistant coach should inspire students to do their best and be their best and uphold the Air Ninja core values:

The ninja coaches will be responsible for instructing classes that are challenging, engaging, and aligned with the goals of the team and individual athletes. This includes executing the appropriate drills and exercises and being able to effectively communicate class objectives to other coaches and students. Additionally, coaches must be able to adapt to changes in the team's needs and adjust class design accordingly.
As a ninja coach, it's important to have the ability to effectively train and develop students in the necessary skills and techniques to move up in the leveling system. This requires a comprehensive understanding of the sport, coaching methodologies, and the unique needs of each level of athlete. Coaches must be able to execute and deliver training programs that are engaging and focused on the goals of the team and individual coaches.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 36 per week
