The Location:

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to several members of the leadership team.
  • This includes calendar management, travel and expense management, note-taking, meeting preparation and follow up, report and resource/database maintenance and hosting office visitors.
  • Assist with space planning for team moves and new hire seating (if the team is in the office).
  • Plan and execute remote team events, recognition as well as potentially offsites, activities (if onsite or in-person work options become available).
  • Work alongside and partner closely with other assistants on administrative tasks and projects as needed Cultivate team culture and team moments.
  • Build effective relationships with other teams within Airbnb as necessary.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, including supporting a team in an administrative capacity.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and application of meeting collaboration tools (e.g. Zoom, Google Documents, Slack).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with leadership and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and deliver on priorities.
  • Proven track record of being reliable, prepared, responsive, eager to learn and encouraging.
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
  • Acute attention to detail and follow through, high-level of organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with gant charts and project plans, ex: Trello

Pay Rate Range: $29.22-$34.38/hour.
