n (Spanish)Job Description : Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a HR Coordinator (Contract) to join our HR team based in Miami, FL.

Meet the team : You will be part of a team that provides a range of operational and administrative support for HR activities, ensuring the effective and consistent delivery of HR services for an assigned client facing the HR team.

The role will also encompass some corporate HR responsibilities and will liaise closely with the corporate HR Support teams.

Your working environment : The Airbus Training Center (ATC) in Miami provides flight and maintenance crew training for Airbus airline customers - primarily for those based in the Americas.

The custom-designed, 110,000-square-foot complex trains more than 2,000 cadets each year in a range of (six) full-flight simulators, innovative computer-based training classrooms, and cabin door and slide trainers - all simulating the A320, A330, A340 and A350 XWB families of aircraft.

In Miami you'll also find the Airbus Latin America headquarters. A team of 60 employees there provides sales, marketing, contracts, customer support and communications for the region's commercial aircraft, helicopters and space & defense divisions.

Your challenges : * Assist the HRBP team with the implementation, deployment and communication of organization management, development programs, performance management and talent management initiatives, as well as change management programs.

• Support the operational / administrative process for all personnel actions for employees, temps and interns.* Ensures accuracy of data transfers and follow-up of actions, adherence to process / communicates at all stages of process implementation to the relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and deliver the onboarding and offboarding process of temps, direct employees, interns, VIEs and facilitate new hire orientations as needed.
• Coordinates with IT the personnel IT accesses for Onboardings, departures, leaves or internal movements.* Support the FAA / DOT Drug & Alcohol program execution for safety sensitive positions.

Your boarding pass : * Bachelors' degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience* 3 years demonstrated practical experience in the field of Human Resources* Experience working with IT systems and data* The position requires to split the on-site working time from two Airbus Facilities based in the Miami urban areaPhysical Requirements : * Onsite or remote : 60% onsite minimum* Vision : daily able to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings.

• Hearing : daily able to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on the production floor including safety warnings or alarms.
• Speaking : daily able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communicationCitizenship : Authorized to work in the USAThis position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed.
