What you'll do:

• Drive deals from start to finish: Oversee transactions from LOI to closing, ensuring seamless execution and mitigating legal risks.
• Negotiate with the best: Interact with airlines, banks, aircraft manufacturers, and more, showcasing your exceptional negotiation skills.
• Lead and collaborate: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to deliver successful deals.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Stay updated on industry regulations and trends to provide strategic legal advice.

What we're looking for:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree.
• 3-6 years of international legal experience in the aviation leasing industry.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for aviation and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work in our Stamford, CT office 3 days per week.
