Pay

• $18.00 - $28.00/hour depending on experience
• Performance-Based Pay or Bonus available (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and safety
• Perform warranty work on HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems
• Execute HVAC system repairs as needed
• Recharge refrigerant levels and check for leaks in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Ensure proper functioning of the refrigerant cycle in HVAC systems
• Demonstrate solid communication and excellent customer service skills
• Perform energy-efficiency upgrades such as installing smart thermostats or sealing ducts
• Educate customers on maintenance procedures and provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service calls
• Enroll customers in the Club Membership Program

Job requirements

• 3 years of HVAC experience
• NATE certification
• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
