- $18.00 - $28.00/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and safety
- Perform warranty work on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems
- Execute HVAC system repairs as needed
- Recharge refrigerant levels and check for leaks in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Ensure proper functioning of the refrigerant cycle in HVAC systems
- Demonstrate solid communication and excellent customer service skills
- Perform energy-efficiency upgrades such as installing smart thermostats or sealing ducts
- Educate customers on maintenance procedures and provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service calls
- Enroll customers in the Club Membership Program

Job requirements
- 3 years of HVAC experience
- NATE certification
- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
