Aire Serv of Chesapeake takes that model a bit further; We are a Residential, Commercial, and Industrial HVAC, Boiler, and Mechanical Contractor located in Portsmouth, VA. Due to current and projected growth, Aire Serv of Chesapeake is seeking a well-rounded, experienced individual to complete day-to-day warehouse duties and assist our team with identifying and ordering parts for jobs.

Responsibilities:
- Shipping and receiving, including unloading and processing of items
- Move, store, and transfer materials, supplies, and merchandise in and around the warehouse
- Maintain stock in an organized fashion on shelves or in proper locations
- Suggests selections that meet the technician's and customer's needs
- Resolves or alerts management regarding inventory issues or customer concerns
- Load and unload incoming freight trucks using a forklift
- Use Excel to keep track of parts and jobs.
- send out a daily email on tracking of parts.
- Keep up with vehicle maint
- check-in all uniforms
Qualifications:
- Parts Counter/Inside Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- HVAC, Boiler, Mechanical Industry Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- Experience driving a forklift
- Ability to lift and move over 50lbs
- Practical knowledge of warehouse, data processing, paper flow, and operations procedures
- Must be attentive to detail and inspection of products
- Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Office Products
- Advanced user of the Internet
- The ability to search for and identify parts for the Boiler and HVAC industries
- Ability to work independently and with little direction after proper training
