Airline Coach Service (ACS) is a transportation company which was established in 1986 and since then has provided specialized service in providing airline ground transportation/shuttle service for various airports throughout the West Coast and East Coast of the United States.
ACS seeks Reservationists to provide exceptional telephone customer service to our clients and co-workers in support of our company goals and values.
We are looking for friendly and energetic representatives who work well with minimal supervision, who have great communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills. The position requires excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and call center experience is highly desirable.
Our shuttle service is open twenty-four hours each day and seven days each week, and therefore we are looking for individuals with flexible availability who are also able to work weekends.

Responsibilities and Duties
Examples of duties include, but are not limited to
- Answer calls from clients, customers, managers, and on duty drivers
- Maintain call logs
- Prepare reports on all activities occurring during the worked shift
- Monitor flight times and make necessary changes to reservations
- Utilize GPS to monitor drivers to ensure they are on time
Qualifications and Skills
- Call center experience highly desirable
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide superior customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good Computer skills
- At least 1 year of experience within customer service or telecommunications industry
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
