Under direct supervision of the Manager, Airline Services, provides administrative support to Airlines Services. Serves as the ADP timekeeper and training coordinator for the department.

- Provide administrative support to the Airline Services section of the Maintenance Department.
- Create, updates, and closes out on work orders using the JD Edwards system.
- Create preventative maintenance work orders – daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Maintain and inputs information into the ADP Timekeeping System.
- Compose, types, and prints letters, memos, reports, schedules, correspondence, office documents, spreadsheets, and statistical materials.
- Conduct research, compile, and type statistical reports.
- Read and route incoming mail.
- Receive all incoming calls from the Airline Services section during the course of normal office hours.
- Organize and maintain file system, and files correspondence and other records.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, reserves and prepares facilities.
- Act as the training Coordinator for Airline Services.
- Act as the departmental security liaison.
- Monitor benefit time used and work schedules for personnel.
- Coordinate activities with other Maintenance sections as necessary.
- Assist with the biennial physical inventory.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned or required.
The successful candidate in the Maintenance Support Assistant role will exhibit the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Considerable knowledge of general office practices and techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must have professional appearance and phone presence

The minimum requirements needed to qualify for the Maintenance Support Assistant role are:
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Support Assistant in a professional office setting.
- Previous customer service experience required
