Cleaning and Turnover Specialist

Airriva is a lodging and hospitality company that started out of the sale of a fortune 500 company in the technology space in Columbus, Ohio that specialized in building technology solutions for self driving vehicles, tractors and more.

With a test first approach, Airriva came into the lodging space to find how we could improve the market with technology. Through that, we build our technology suite which includes a facial recognition check in system, a to-the-minute pricing engine, boutique hotel concept that has walls that ascend and descend on demand and an error free cleaning program called SmartQR.

Today, own and operate over 300 units and 7 boutique hotels in Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Kansas City, Fort Lauderdale, Ann Arbor and Sandusky. Airriva has plans to grow in over 50 markets in the US and is looking for leaders to become a part of the family and help us get there.

The backbone to everything we do at Airriva is the Turnover Specialist role.

Turnover Specialists responsibilities include:

Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)

Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities. Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects.

Special projects are giving to individuals looking for growth in the company and include payroll, scheduling, building new units, running team meetings, ordering new products, quality assurance and more.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • MUST personally be able to drive a vehicle around on the shift!!
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time

Job Type: Part-time/Full time hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Myrtle Beach, SC 29577: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
