Airthings for Business is growing rapidly and we are looking for a B2B marketing superstar to help us continue to grow and enter new markets! We are looking for a results-oriented, creative, experienced and strategic B2B Marketing Director. You will sit on the marketing team and will lead Airthings for Business marketing. You will own awareness and lead generation projects and campaigns, as well as be our lead for partner marketing initiatives.

Airthings for Business is our commercial division. The team is focused on helping businesses, schools and municipalities around the world to balance health and energy-efficiency in buildings through smart air quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the Airthings for Business marketing team (part of the wider Airthings marketing team) and be strong contributor to Airthings for Business management team
- B2B marketing strategy: Help build a marketing strategy for Airthings for Business that will enable us to hit our goals of being installed in many thousands of buildings in the coming years.
- Marketing campaigns: Manage marketing campaigns and projects end-to-end, working closely with Performance, Sales, Content and Creative teams. Determine exactly who we should be targeting and craft tailored content and journeys for each segment. Set goals for lead generation and funnel conversion. Track successes and report back to the marketing team.
- Partner marketing: Be the relationship builder! The team lead that helps us build meaningful relationships with our global partners.
- Content marketing: Work with our Content team to create compelling content and a strategic content plan that will engage our target audiences, and advise on what themes we should focus on for each month.
- Sales enablement and customer engagement: Maintain a good relationship with our Sales and Customer Success teams and manage their requests for content, collateral and sales materials. Ensure that there is clear tracking of leads from campaigns into the sales funnel.
- Events: Work with our Events Manager to plan and execute B2B events globally, be it external trade shows, webinars or Airthings-hosted events! Help determine the messaging, content and swag needed for events.
- Market research: Be a market expert. Work closely with colleagues and external partners to push our market research forward, be it competitor research, customer research, or scoping out potential new markets.
Key qualifications & skills
This is what we are looking for
- Master in marketing, communications or related
- 5 years experience including experience with B2B marketing
- Perfect written English (ideally native), another EU language a plus
