Job Description: As an Entry-Level Residential Drafter and Designer, you will work closely with our team of experienced designers and architects to bring residential projects from concept to completion. Your role will involve creating detailed drawings and plans, assisting with design development, and contributing to the overall design process. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from single-family homes to multi-unit residences, each offering a unique challenge and the chance to enhance your skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Assist in developing design concepts and solutions in collaboration with the design team.
• Prepare presentation materials, including renderings and material boards.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure design specifications are met.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and codes to ensure designs are innovative and compliant.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating drafting skills and design sensibility.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for residential design.
