Strategic. Passionate. A Visual Storyteller. We’re looking to add a Photo / Video Art Director to the team to help visual direction and asset creation for our largest portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:
- Craft photography and video art direction in collaboration with multiple teams — creative, account,
strategy and more - Support concept development with persuasive decks that combine sketches and mockups to give photographers, DPs, stylists, designers and internal stakeholders a solid understanding of art direction
- Become an expert on lighting, lensing, and camera angles
- Concept and execute assets that are relevant to the consumer throughout their shopping journey
- Collaborate with food, prop, set and wardrobe stylists to create work that's on brand, with opportunities to elevate beyond the expected
- Be a stickler for detail, creating a high standard of output in a fast-paced environment
- Be comfortable mastering multiple projects at once with quick deadlines and turnaround times
- Present work to clients with thoughtful rationale both independently and as part of a team
- Research competitive marketplace/out of category work to develop creative work that breaks through
- Report into Creative Leadership, keeping them informed on the progression of projects

Qualifications:
- Online portfolio of work is required and should demonstrate:
- High technical standards
- Strong composition skills
- A knack for developing ownable visual brand narratives
- A solid understanding of how to dramatize shots through lighting and camera angles
- 3 years of experience as part of a creative team for a consumer brand or similar
- An understanding of how to apply brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual branding at every touchpoint
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis in Photoshop, Premier a plus
- Must be willing to work autonomously or in a collaborative environment, depending on what the project requires

Salary : $62,800 - $79,600
