What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Estimator position at AJ Long Electric?
AJ Long electric is looking to bring on a new addition to the team, as we continue to expand our family owned company. Father and son ran, you will always be treated like family!
We are a residential electrical services company, in addition to doing some light commercial work. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both, and be fully capable of properly estimating the job presented to them.
Required Work Experience:
- 10 years of residential electrical experience.
- Highly efficient computer skills.
- 5 years of residential estimator experience.
- Residential Service Truck experience.
- Management or office experience preferred, but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist office staff with answering any questions new or existing customers may have.
- Assist office staff with scheduling and allocating of job's.
- Provide quick and accurate estimates to customers.
- Order any and all material necessary for the job.
- Pull permit and schedule inspection if and when necessary.
- Provide and assist customers with any and all questions regarding potential work within the customers home.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
