Compensation :

Job Description :

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representatives / Canvassers to join our team. As a Canvasser at AJ's Dent, you will be responsible for promoting our Paintless Dent Repair services, with a focus on Auto Hail repair door-to-door.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills while representing a reputable company in the automotive repair industry.

Responsibilities :

• Promote and sell Paintless Dent Repair services, emphasizing Auto Hail repair, to potential clients.
• Conduct door-to-door sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate service appointments and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.

Requirements :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive or service industry- preferred but not required.
