Barback/Busser Weekends

Do you want to work at just another bar? Be a bar back at a fun concert karaoke bar. We are looking for someone who is organized and can work quickly. We need someone that knows how to anticipate needs, is accurate, and has a good attitude. This job could lead to other jobs in the bar if you want. We are looking for a person who enjoys working here. This is very important. We aren't just trying to hire a body. If you don't enjoy working as a team, this isn't your place.

• Here at AJ's, we have a payroll that pays on the first of the month. Credit card tips go on that check and cash tips you can take for the night. The pay period runs from 16th to 15th. This helps us reduce the amount of administrative work that we do and find workers that can plan enough to handle this. After a while, employees tend to like this because they pay all their bills with this big check and don't have to worry for the rest of the month. Will this policy be a problem for you?
