Ajilon is looking for an Administrative Assistant candidate for an excellent client in the Agoura Hills area. The role will provide administrative support to the staff while executing general aspects of the office operation. This ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team environment, is detail-oriented, and has great communication skills.
Duties include:
Answering phones, directing calls, and managing the reception area
Assisting callers with inquiries
Responding to emails
Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
Strong typing and data entry skills
Light accounting skills are a plus
Typing correspondence utilizing MS Office Suites
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration a plus or related fields
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
