What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Ajilon?
Dispatcher needed in Phoenix: Will consider strong Customer Service Representatives with administrative experience!
Do you want to work in a fast-paced work environment in the Logistics Transportation and/or Construction field? Do you have at least 6 months of HVAC experience? (Not required, but refrigeration experience is a plus) This Dispatcher will be responsible for fielding calls from client or field staff and accurately answering questions; ensuring service request are efficiently coordinated. The ideal candidate must have 1-3 years in a similar role or a customer service position. This is a temporary to hire role with great opportunity for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and e-mails from customers
- Initiate outbound calls to customers and troubleshoot issues to provide utmost customer service
- Maintain accurate documentation and distribute to appropriate departments
- Records and documents information from Drivers and distributes to appropriate departments
- Fast-paced dispatching experience for some type of construction company
Qualifications:
- Superior phone etiquette; verbal & written communication skills
- One to three years of experience in a customer service/ dispatcher role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to solve problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Hours:
- Monday through Friday 40 hours a week Normally 8am - 5pm - Between hours 3am - 10pm depending on season
Pay: $17- $20 (depending on years of experience and industry)
