General responsibilities for the Healthcare opportunities:
- Assisting patients via phone and email
- Creating patient charts and maintaining strict confidentiality
- Scheduling appointments and processing billing
- Knowledge of processing claims and adjustments, and collections
- Liaise with nurses, doctors, and insurance companies
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Acting as the front desk receptionist when needed
General requirements:
- Experience in the Healthcare industry
- Knowledge of HIPPA rules and regulations
- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
