Job DescriptionRole: Rental ERP ConsultantLocation: Remote Job Description:We require a Business Analyst or Techno-Functional Consultant with experience with Modules of Wynne Rentalman ERP OR any rental ERP. Here is the additional knowledge needed within Rentalman ERP: 1. Inventory Management: - Adding new inventory items. - Categorizing items by type, size, or other relevant attributes. - Updating inventory status (e.g., available, rented, under maintenance). 2. Reservation Management: - Receiving reservation requests from customers via various channels (phone, website, in-person). - Checking availability of requested items. - Creating reservations in the system and assigning inventory accordingly. - Sending confirmation to customers. 3. Rental Transactions: - Processing rental agreements. - Generating rental contracts or agreements. - Handling rental pickups and returns. - Updating inventory status based on rental activity. 4. Billing and Invoicing: - Calculating rental fees based on duration, type of items rented, and any additional charges. - Generating invoices for customers. - Sending invoices via email or other communication channels. - Tracking payments and managing accounts receivable.5. Maintenance and Repairs: - Scheduling maintenance tasks for rental equipment. - Tracking equipment maintenance history. - Coordinating repairs and servicing with vendors or in-house technicians.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
