AJR Trucking is hiring for an Operation Administration Clerk, primary duties will be assisting our Terminal Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative and clerical tasks.
- Help operations in maintaining the driver’s schedule, driver roster.
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Support in the orientation and training of new hires.
- Work closely with Headquarters Office in obtaining pending documents that are needed for a driver.
- Act as the point of contact for our drivers and the HQ office.
- Answer driver's inquiries and sends them to the appropriate department.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
