Safety Technician
AJT Safety, LLC has an opportunity for qualified candidates as a Safety Technician, based out of the Midland, TX office. Under the direction of the General Manager, this individual will be responsible for onsite safety supervision.
Essential Responsibilities of the Safety Technician:
- Operate air trailers and maintain safe operations during maintenance work on oil and gas sites.
- Deliver and service shower trailers on various customer locations.
- Ability to perform: Onsite gas monitoring/monitor bump testing, onsite safety supervision for oil and gas operations, inspection of various equipment and incident investigation.
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested, such as promoting/selling products & services to potential buyers, testing and recharging fire extinguishers, etc.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations, ANSI standards, FMCSA, NFPA rules & regulations.
- Be self-motivated, well organized, and possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Possess strong leadership attributes, strong interpersonal communication, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Adept working with laptop and iPad applications/software for invoicing purposes, and all other Office programs.
- Bilingual: Spanish & English (preferred, but not required)
- Reside in the Midland/Odessa area.
- Position may also require travel within region.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
