RESPONSIBILITIES:

· The Laminations Composite Manager must collaborate with other departments in lamination technical support, training, testing, and processes.

· Must design and be responsible for any new product development.

· Responsible for reviewing lamination schedules, lamination material testing and product selection.

· Must develop and implement standards for fiberglass construction, quality control and conduct process improvement of fiberglass.

· The Laminations Composite Manager must organize and conduct training courses for current staff and new hires.

· Must develop and implement repair solutions for warranty claims related to fiberglass parts that are in the field, dealerships and customer facing.

· Must lead, facilitate and participate in resin infusion projects.

· Conduct and evaluate adhesive testing, weight reduction on both open and close molded parts.

· Responsible for research and development of new processes and materials

· Must perform research and development of new mold building materials and assist in new mold building techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· The Laminations Composite Manager must hold a degree in a technical or business-related field.

· Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in composites and composite vessel construction methods.

· Must have experience in developing and overseeing lamination schedules and resin infusion techniques.

· Ability to read blueprints and drawings.

· The Laminations Composite Manager must understand and maintain Cruiser's safety and housekeeping standards, quality standards and proper procedures.

· Must be able to work at various plants as needed.

· Must be able to pass pre-employment qualifications.

· Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.

· The Laminations Composite Manager must be able to travel at least 30%or overnight.

· Wear the required PPE and work in a dusty environment and be physically fit to bend, climb, kneel as needed.

· Must be a local candidate and a US citizen.
