Manufacturing Supervisor

Mon-Thurs, 4 : 30pm-3am

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Analyze data to determine areas where waste or overtime could be eliminated.
• Develop and implement processes to track and optimize productivity.
• Ensure optimization of standards, metrics and performance targets.
• Monitor and ensure optimal return on assets.
• Supervise manufacturing processes including quality control, production output and on-time shipping.
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations.
• Ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
• Properly allocate resources and assets to optimize results.
• Assists in directing the layout of equipment.
• Ensures production workflow and assembly methods are adequate.
• Report to the Manufacturing Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing photomasks experience.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Experience analyzing production workflow.
• Ability to allocate resources and ensure return on assets.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Salary : $70K-$85K annually DOE
