Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and drive profitability
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit loss, budgeting, and forecasting
- Lead and motivate a team of managers and employees, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project management and execution
- Drive sales growth through effective business development strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure monthly Safety Compliance and Training
- Increase production
- Safety, Environmental, Maintenance, Quality, Asset Performance Management, and Inventory Management.
- Production Planning
Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Safety/OSHA regulation and programs
- Recycling Plant Operations
- Manufacturing Industry
- Proficient in financial analysis, including profit loss management and budgeting
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must have a valid driver's license
