Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation
- Design and implementation of controls systems
- Calibrate and maintain instrumentation devices
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve issues
- Conduct field service visits to diagnose and repair equipment on-site
- Utilize AutoCAD software to design electrical systems and layouts
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Manufacturing Industry
- PLC controls (Siemens)
- Previous experience with Servo drives, process controls.
- Continuous improvement and lean tools
- Production line electrical and controls
- Troubleshooting electrical & mechanical systems
- Proven work experience in process engineering
- Excellent technical skills
- Knowledge of process related standards
- Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
