What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Teacher position at Ajyal Academy?
We are looking to hire several Native Arabic-speaking Childcare teachers for our brand new Arabic immersive Childcare center, the first of its kind in Jacksonville, FL. We will be caring for pre-school-aged children ages 1-5. Responsibilities will include:
- Feeding, grooming, and changing diapers
- Developing age-appropriate socialization skills in children
- Encouraging Positive behavior and good manners
- Using various learning methods such as stories, games, and drawing to intellectually stimulate children.
- Attending staff meetings, conferences, and workshops
- Providing a pleasant, safe, and sanitary environment
- Communicating with parents and providing updates on children's progress
Responsibilities and requirements may vary based on classroom age. Older classroom teachers will have more stringent requirements and should have some from of teaching certification.
