We are seeking to add a Administrative Assistant to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Order Entry and Order Management
- Bill Entry and Bill Management
- Answer inbound telephone calls and redirect to the appropriate person/people.
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Maintain digital filing systems
- Data Cleanup Tasks
- Other Office Tasks
Necessary Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Focused ability to crush tasks.
Would Be Nice Qualification
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
