Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Thursday Off. Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Saturday Off. Sunday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm

Position overview: Housekeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of all common areas and facilities of the Property as they relate to the grounds, building, equipment, and recreational facilities.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Cleans the front lobby, hallways, restrooms, elevators, stairways, and other common areas.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Clean building by emptying trash, sweeping and cleaning surfaces.
- Maintains common area walls, windows, and doors including, wash and clean, and washing windows
- Dust furniture and surfaces.
- Assist guests with service requests when needed, ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
- Identify and report possible repairs.
- Other housekeeping duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- H.S Diploma is required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Highly reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented
- Strong time management
- Housekeeping experience (preferably in a condo, HOA, residential or hotel setting)
- Able to lift up to 30lb
