Project Manager
Multi-Million Dollar Condo Assoc. Restoration Project
AKAM, Florida’s premier residential property management company seeks an experienced Project Manager. Come join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day project management for condo assigned
- Work with management to scope projects and manage work plans to ensure successful project execution
- Coordinate and manage logistics around scheduling of key project team meetings
- Responsible for ensuring that the project is staffed for success with the correct level of resources and Subject Matter Experts
- Prepare regular communication updates and presentation materials for senior management and staff on all aspects of the project; including dashboards, timelines, accomplishments, key risks and issues
- Facilitate project governance to drive innovation, user adoption and maximize value for the organization
- Drive coordination of requirements between the business and IT to ensure alignment to business needs
- Arrange and support delivery and training of the product including product demonstrations to internal staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or any business-related field is required
- At least 3 years of program/project management experience, ITIL or PMP designation preferred
- Knowledge of Condo & Condo property management is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to perform high-quality work with only remote supervision
- Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project Skills
- Familiarity working in companies with a decentralized multi-location operating structure
