Position overview: The Houseman is responsible to ensure that the building is maintained in proper working conditions. Performs general cleaning, makes minor repairs and replacements and other general work inside and outside the building.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Clean building by emptying trash, sweeping and cleaning surfaces
- Assist residents with service requests when needed, ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
- Identify and report possible repairs
- Picking up debris around the property
- Other housekeeping/janitor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- H.S Diploma is required
- Highly reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented
- Strong time management
- Houseman/Cleaning experience (preferably in a condo, HOA or residential setting)
