Pool/Beach Attendant
Schedule: Monday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Position overview:
The Beach/Pool Attendant is responsible for the maintenance of all beach/pool stations assuring safety and cleanliness while providing exceptional customer service to all residents. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in all recreational activities and areas by expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the pool/beach areas including, routine cleaning and stocking of waters.
- Replenish all towels and waters throughout the day.
- Promote the rules and regulations of the pool/beach areas.
- Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform the supervisor/manager.
- Assist in opening and closing side-work as assigned.
- Assist guests with service requests when needed.
Qualifications:
- H.S Diploma is required
- Highly reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented
- Strong time management
- Maintenance experience (preferably in a condo, HOA or residential setting)
