@ AKAnomics is looking to hire a salesperson to bring its novel Nowcasting products to systematic and discretionary hedge funds. AKAnomics was founded by @ Ajit Agrawal, who has pioneered the concept of Nowcasting company revenues using global macro and industry data.
Responsibilities
Bring in new business to AKAnomics. Build a pipeline of potential hedge funds to target, set up introductions and trials, and close the sale. Define and build the tools required for systematically building and managing the client pipeline, as well as relevant marketing.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and communication skills. 5-8 years experience in selling research or data products to hedge funds, preferably systematic funds. Equity research background a plus.
