Must:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Superintendent in Industrial
- Exceedingly well organized, flexible, and diplomatic internally and externally
- Have the ability to serve as a presentable and amenable onsite ambassador to clients
- Be a person that is looking to settle down in a position for many years to come
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent
- 3 years' experience in Industrial Construction
Requirements day to day:
- Be willing to be working on multiple project at a time in the area
- Coordinate Inspections
- Keep sub-contractors’ complaint with health and safety regulation
- Hold weekly Subcontractor meetings
