As a key cross-functional member of the Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for all aspects of reporting and analysis. From building and maintaining executive-level KPI reporting packs to creating a roster of standard Salesforce reports for our sales and marketing professionals your contribution will be felt at every level of the business. You’ll be comfortable walking regional leaders through data packs and drawing the critical insight from your reports, creating a data-driving performance culture.
In addition to cadence reporting, you’ll lead deep dive ad hoc analysis, identifying opportunities for our sales and marketing teams to grow faster and make our customers even happier.
You’ll be fundamental to our annual strategic planning process, ensuring that managers at every level have clear and robust data points to support their decisions.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Build a deep understanding of SaaS metrics throughout the business
- Present metrics and corresponding analysis and recommendations to the senior leadership team on a regular cadence
- Proactively leverage data to identify and run revenue-driving initiatives, using analytic tools to identify key metrics to inform decision-making
- Use data and modeling to develop and implement customer-focused strategies to structure and optimize territories and customer segmentation
- Manage operational performance and the health of processes across the customer life cycle
- Maintain a data-driven decision-making framework to allow commercial teams to make decisions with confidence.
- Serve as a contact point for reporting requests from the commercial teams and leadership
- Support vital planning and research activities that enable us to learn quickly and grow fast
What You Need to Succeed
- Degree educated (STEM/business related field)
- Systematic/logical thinker with good numeracy skills
- Comfortable working with large/broad data sets
- Experience working with sales and marketing teams
- Experience in defining leading metrics and building dashboards at all levels in the organization. Proficient using Salesforce CRM reporting tools, spreadsheets and BI software
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Self-starter, motivated, quick learner who is always interested in solving puzzles and tackling the next challenge
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills; able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to senior management
- Comfortable multitasking on various projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-change global environment
