Akerman LLP, a top 100 U.S. law firm serving clients across the Americas, is seeking a full-time Office Services Clerk for its Orlando office. Duties of this position include mail sorting and delivery, document copying, set up and clean-up of meeting rooms, stocking and cleanup of kitchen areas, maintenance of supply inventory, inner office moves, back up receptionist and special projects as assigned. The successful candidate should be highly motivated with a strong ability to multi-task and be well organized in a fast-paced environment. The working hours will be Monday through Friday, occasional overtime hours are needed. We require a high school diploma and a minimum of two (2) years' related experience, preferably within a law firm environment. GREAT customer service is a MUST. Qualified candidates must have working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and be able to comfortably lift up to fifty (50) lbs. The ability to develop rapport with employees and maintain strong working relationships is important. Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail and produce accurate and high-quality work product.
