This role involves ensuring quality workmanship, managing construction activities, and maintaining compliance with contract documents.

Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive Construction Administration and Quarters Inspection (CA / QI) Services for residential inspections, condition assessments, and administration of construction projects.
These projects may involve demolition, renovation, and new construction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform on-site maintenance inspections and assess the condition of government-furnished housing / quarters, providing -recommendations for maintenance and repair.
- Attend pre-construction conferences and serve as a technical resource.
- Conduct daily on-site inspections to ensure work conforms to contract documents and report any non-compliance.
- Coordinate and provide agendas for project meetings, and distribute minutes to relevant parties.
- Monitor construction schedules and alert the COR to potential delays.
- Respond to contractor requests for information and provide interpretations of contract documents.
- Review and comment on change requests, prepare independent cost estimates, and maintain RFI and change order logs.
- Review construction testing results and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain orderly records of all project documentation.
- Create and maintain punch lists in collaboration with the Construction Inspector.
- Process and review shop drawings, product data, and samples.
- Review contractor pay applications and make recommendations to the COR.
- Assist in establishing Substantial Completion and participate in final inspections and closeout processes.
- Ensure all required documentation is submitted before issuing the Declaration of Substantial Completion.
- Facilitate the issuance of Certificates of Occupancy and Beneficial Occupancy of buildings.
Requirements :
- Experience in construction administration and residential inspection.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage project documentation.
