POSITION SUMMARY:
Taking direction from the Technical Lead Manager, the IT Specialist troubleshoots and diagnoses software and hardware issues and assists staff on complex issues. Performs systems management, integrations and implementations across the organization. This is a hybrid position spending most days in our Seattle office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Triage, resolution and escalation of operations issues
- Participates and contributes to project implementations under the direction of the Technical Lead Manager
- On-site support of in-house systems and network infrastructure in collaboration with Technical Lead Manager, Technology Coordinator and MSP
- Identifies systemic or recurring problems and proposes ways to resolve them
- Manages and maintains M365 environment
- Contributes to internal and staff documentation
- Collaborates with Technology Coordinator on staff trainings
- Collaborates with IT Onboarding Specialist resolving L2-L3 issues
- Creates, maintains and supports a safe and welcoming environment for people of color, disabled, trans and gender non-conforming staff, and other historically excluded populations
- Additional Responsibilities: Assists with other tasks and projects, onsite/offsite as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- 2 years of experience in customer facing IT/help desk technical support roles
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and technologies
- Experience supporting Microsoft cloud computing platform
- Experience implementing, maintaining or testing applications

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of IT/help desk support
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft technologies
- Successful completion of a drivers check

SALARY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
The salary range for this position is $29.13 - $40.79. The starting salary range for this position is $29.13 - $32.06 DOE for external candidates.
Full-time employees will also receive 10 days of vacation leave each year, three Employee Appreciation Day each year, and will accrue one sick day per month (pro-rated for part-time employees). Employees will also enjoy 15 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. We also offer EAP and mental health benefits.
