Duties & Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling utility & wash crew operations.
- Leading staff, arranging schedules and budgets, establishing goals and guidelines, monitoring the progress of operations, and resolving issues should any arise.
- Reviewing operational metrics such as supply usage and equipment competency. Ordering equipment, parts, and supplies as needed while also keeping stock in order.
- Scheduling regular maintenance for equipment.
- Managing records, producing progress reports, and organizing plans.
- Detailing, washing and sanitizing our company vehicles.
- Maintaining company facilities.
This position is a WORKING LEAD position. It is a physically demanding role in an outdoor setting therefore you must be able to work under exposure to sun, wind, heat, humidity, and other natural elements. Leader/Management skills and utility/wash crew skills are required for this position.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
