Biomedical Engineers

Akkodis is seeking entry level biomedical engineers for Validation Engineering opportunities with a medical device manufacturer in Bloomington, Indiana. Qualified candidates must have previous project, internship, or co-op experience with medical devices. This position offers an allotment of $80.00/day for housing (up to $1500/month) and a $76.00/day on-site allotment!

Pay Rate: $38.68/hour

Responsibilities:

· Review of process validations for identification of gaps to internal and external requirements.

· Test Method Validation and Process Validation protocol generation, execution, and report generation per applicable Quality System Procedures and Instructions

· Identify process validation needs.

· Demonstrate the understanding of medical device regulations and best practices.

· Demonstrate knowledge of medical device regulation (ISO 13485, 21 CFR) and risk

· management (ISO 14971).

· Demonstrate a proficiency in statistical, quality and continuous improvement methods and Tools

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Engineering

· 0-2 years of experience in the medical device field (can be internship or co-op)
