Akkodis is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst (EMR) role for a Contract-to-hire position with one of our clients located in Louisville KY. Ideally looking for applicants who have strong experience in customer service, Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems.
Location: Louisville KY
Pay Range: 20-24/hr. on w2
Must haves:
- 6 months of customer service experience working within a call center environment
- Process-driven with an attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products and Windows 7/8/8.1/10
- Experience with Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems(nice to have)
