What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Akkodis?

Akkodis is partnering with a Fortune 500 company in Erie, PA, recruiting organized and goal-oriented Office Administrator / Business Support Specialist candidates to keep our client's operations running smoothly. This role will report to a senior leader and will be facilitating in the following areas:

Position Summary:

  • Management ofcalendars and scheduling appointments

  • Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management

  • Manage emails, letters, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence

  • Office Administration Duties

  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures

  • Managing Expense Reports

  • Coordinating Events and Group Activities


Preferred Experience:

  • 2 years experience in an Office Manager or Office Assistant role

  • Proficiency withMicrosoft Office and other office management tools and applications

  • Previous experience with office supply management

  • Excellent multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills

  • Effective abilities to communicate in person, in writing, and over the phone

  • Must be able to work onsite in Erie, PA


This is a long-term contract opportunity with a large Insurance Organization in Erie, PA.


Pay Rate: $17-19 per hour

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
