Title: Order Management Specialist
Area: Boothwyn, PA Office
Direct hire $18-$20/hr-pay hourly so the employee can get OT
Up to 5% company bonus
Position Summary: The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for handling order processing, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong communication skills. The role requires strong analytical skills and a focus on providing excellent customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Input data into order and customer management system (SAP)
Create new customers in SAP
Process new orders / update existing orders in SAP; provide ETS dates; provide order confirmation or acknowledgment of PO receipt within 48hrs
Working with the purchasing department in conjunction with using various functions within SAP to determine product-specific lead times
Providing order confirmation to the customer and communicating the estimated ship date
Issuing Proforma Invoices for customers
Verifying product stock and providing lead times
Cross-reference part numbers to ensure the accuracy of customer purchase orders
Confirming correct pricing on customer purchase orders
Provide general administrative support to the management team
Communicate with the Sales Organization to ensure customer satisfaction
EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
Associate degree desired but not required
2-5 years of experience desired but not required
Excellent PC skills, including MS Office.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
Spanish speaking is desired but not required
SAP experience preferred
Ability to organize, manage, and control various tasks
Ability and willingness to work with minimal supervision
Open to minimal travel
