Akkodis is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 12 Contract position with a client located in Canonsburg, PA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $24/hr - $26/hr
Essential Job Functions
• Supports Permitting team that oversees multiple projects within Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, & Pennsylvania
• Responsible for day-to-day operations and administrative activities associated with obtaining permits, such as mailings, file management, report requests, and document coordination.
• Provide assistance maintaining records in CRM and Service Now
• Responsible for helping the permitting team ensure that all identified milestones on the project are being followed up on and completed in a timely fashion to hit the project delivery timelines
Experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project management support role
• Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF
